Our Approach

We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chain or any part of our business, which requires, among other things, that:

Our suppliers encourage freely chosen employment. Forced, bonded or indentured labour or involuntary prison labour is prohibited.

Our suppliers do not engage in child labour. No person shall be employed younger than the minimum age permitted by the laws of the country where the person is employed, nor shall the supplier interfere with a child’s education by employing a child in violation of a country’s compulsory education laws.

We will take measures to ensure compliance and address potential instances of non-compliance with our Supplier Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes Appvia’s slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 31 December 2021.
