    The Role

    As a Key Account Manager you will work closely with customers to help drive the most value for them from Appvia’s product and service offerings. You will be in charge of new business growth inside of the client, as well as always driving customer success. You’ll work closely with product teams, solutions architects and product managers, to help better understand how to deliver value in relation to where the industry is moving, Appvia’s offerings and the customers’ challenges.

    As the Key Account Manager you will be the point of contact for specific clients and will proactively develop relationships with various stakeholders, manage aspects of agreed deliverables, measure success and be the bridge between the customer and Appvia.

    Responsibilities

    • Measure, forecast and track client account metrics
    • Proactively research and invest in customer wants and needs
    • Communicate customer pain points back to Appvia team members to help drive better products and services
    • Improve and demonstrate client success and customer satisfaction
    • Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients
    • Manage the delivery of requested products and services, assessing timescales are met
    • Resolve and manage any customer constraints or issues
    • Proactively engage with product teams, to fully understand Appvia’s roadmaps
    • Identify ways of improving Appvia’s awareness in customers through special interest groups, lunch and learns or subject matter expert talks

    Required skills

    • Fantastic written and verbal communication skills
    • Previous work experience as a Key Account Manager, Delivery / Project Manager, Customer Success Manager or similar
    • Aptitude in networking and building trusted relationships
    • Excellent project management skills
    • Excellent ability at managing customer expectations
    • Excellent presentation skills
    • Experience of sales and understanding of client revenue growth
    • Experience of working for a technology product based company
