As a Key Account Manager you will work closely with customers to help drive the most value for them from Appvia’s product and service offerings. You will be in charge of new business growth inside of the client, as well as always driving customer success. You’ll work closely with product teams, solutions architects and product managers, to help better understand how to deliver value in relation to where the industry is moving, Appvia’s offerings and the customers’ challenges.
As the Key Account Manager you will be the point of contact for specific clients and will proactively develop relationships with various stakeholders, manage aspects of agreed deliverables, measure success and be the bridge between the customer and Appvia.
