An initial get-to-know discussion with our Talent team to understand your background, skillset and career ambitions.

Experience

Video Call: 1 hour

A discussion with a team/project lead, running through scenario-based questions, to determine your depth of knowledge and suitability for the day-to-day role.

Culture

Face to Face at our HQ: 1 hour

A meeting with leadership to see how you would fit in with the team, understand your approach to situations and challenges, and how you could grow with us.
